The daily flow
Find someone on LinkedIn → tap
+ → log them as "Request sent." Next day, if they accept, find them in Pipeline and change their status to "Accepted" — they'll then show up on Today under "Message people who accepted."
+ button (bottom right)
Add a new contact. Only Name and Company are required — everything else is optional and can be filled in later.
📋 button (paste icon)
Paste text you copied straight off LinkedIn (like "John Smith — Recruiter at Visa") and it auto-splits into Name/Role/Company for you to confirm.
Today's number
Counts itself automatically from contacts you added today. You never type this in — it updates as you add or delete contacts.
Status badge (tap it, on any contact card)
Tapping the colored badge cycles the status forward: Sent → Accepted → Messaged → Replied. For less common statuses (Referred, Interview, Closed), open the contact (tap the card) and pick from the full list.
Follow up list
Shows contacts stuck at "Messaged" with no reply past your set threshold (default 5 days). You get one follow-up — after sending it, mark them "Followed up (final)" so they don't ask again.
Likely dead list
Contacts stuck at "Sent" (never accepted) for 10+ days. These probably won't come through — don't wait on them, go find fresh contacts instead.
Messages tab
Pick a contact and a template, it fills in their name/company automatically using your background from Settings. Tap Copy, then paste into LinkedIn yourself.
Settings tab
Set your target roles and pitch once — every template uses it. Edit or turn off any template. Change your follow-up threshold. Change your passphrase.
